Every year, we see an increasing number of individuals facing homelessness, each with unique and complex challenges that can intersect with our work environments. Navigating this topic can often feel daunting, frustrating, and even perplexing. We invite you to join the AVERT: Engaging with Street Populations course. Together, we'll move beyond the polarizing discussions and adopt a person-centred approach to communication. We'll delve into the underlying factors that contribute to behaviours you may encounter in your workplace, enhancing your understanding and response. Let's work together to foster empathy and awareness in our interactions while maintaining your workplace objectives. This instructor-led session requires a minimum of 4 participants.
