Dispatch and Call Taking 2 elevate your skills and knowledge from the level 1 course, taking you deeper into the art of effective communication during critical events and emergencies. In this dynamic course, you will learn to support and gather real-time information and empower others to step up and take decisive action when it matters most. Imagine coaching someone through a medical emergency, responding confidently during an active assailant situation, or managing an environmental crisis like a fire, flood, or extreme weather. You'll gain practical strategies to make a real difference in high-pressure moments. This course is designed not to overshadow the vital role of 911 but to prepare you for scenarios where reliance on radios, kiosks, internal phone systems, or other communication tools may be necessary. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your training session, contact us at least 72 hours before your training date. If you do not attend your scheduled training session, there will be no refund or reschedule.
